Information we receive

If you use the enquiry form or contact us by email, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, organisation, role and business enquiry. The website does not create visitor accounts or collect payment information.

How and why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, understand the business context, take requested steps and keep an appropriate record of the relationship. The legal bases will generally be our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and developing professional relationships, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing email.

Service providers and transfers

Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to CapThrive Partners. Email is provided through Google Workspace. Formspree and Google may process information on our behalf under their applicable data-processing terms and international-transfer safeguards. This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, an OpenAI service, which processes the technical information needed to deliver and secure the site.

Retention

We retain business correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, relationship, legal obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims. We then delete or securely dispose of it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to processing, or request portability where applicable. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland or another competent supervisory authority.
